01Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services provided by HTJ Strategies and Solutions, LLC, doing business as The Clarity Code ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

The Clarity Code provides professional development and decision-making coaching services, including:

• Live online classes and webinars
• The Pivot Studio web application for structured decision-making
• Digital products including books, workbooks, and playbooks
• Email and SMS communications related to our services

Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute professional therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or career placement services.

03Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

04Registration and Accounts

When you register for our live online classes or create an account for Pivot Studio, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

05SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from HTJ Strategies and Solutions, you agree to the following:

• Message types: You may receive informational messages (webinar reminders, registration confirmations, appointment notifications) and promotional messages (special offers, event announcements, relevant resources), depending on the consent you provided at registration.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on webinar scheduling and relevant updates. You will not receive more than 10 messages per week.
• Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
• Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at jeremy@theclaritycode.shop.
• Consent not required for purchase: SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any service or product from us.
• No sharing: We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with our SMS service providers for the sole purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

06Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided through our website and services, including but not limited to the CLARITY Code framework, The Clarity Code book, Pivot Studio, and the Unwritten Rules Playbook, are the intellectual property of HTJ Strategies and Solutions, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

07User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services

We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, business results, or decision quality from the use of our frameworks, tools, or coaching services. Individual results depend on many factors including personal effort, circumstances, and market conditions.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTJ Strategies and Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
